Sue Gruetzmacher
Hall of Fame – 1998
Sue Gruetzmacher of Wausau, Wisconsin contributed to concertina music through Gruetzmacher Music Sales, selling concertina music to musicians across the country for many years. The Gruetzmacher’s purchased the Henry Silberhorn catalog, along with the other music libraries, from Pat and Marie Watters.
Sue planned World Concertina Congress Hall of Fame banquets and was responsible for the Hall of Fame programs for over 20 years. She also managed the Wausau, Wisconsin Goodtimers Concertina Festival mailings for 18 years.
Sue and Dan hosted concertina parties in Wisconsin and Michigan and ran many bus trips to festivals and Hall of Fame banquets.
