Earl Kops

Earl Kops (1930-2007) of Muskegon, Michigan has always supported the concertina. He was the President of the West Michigan Concertina Club and a Vice President and chartered member of the World Concertina Congress.

Kops is an avid concertina player and a long-time artist on the instrument. Earl lived the purpose and goal of the WCC and expounded these principles daily. He followed and participated in many concertina events and played numerous dance halls, nursing homes, and traveled to Germany to perform.
