Carl Panfil

Carl Panfil (1932-2005) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin played the concertina for over 40 years as a band leader and concertina player. He promoted and played the concertina throughout the state of Wisconsin, and he also entertained troops while he was in the service. Carl appeared on TV and radio for a number of years and had two recordings.
