Robert L. (Whoopee Bob) Novitzke (1924-2001) of Tomahawk, Wisconsin was the leader of the Whoopee Bob Band and a member of the Central Wisconsin Concertina Club. He and his wife, Gert, hosted senior citizen dance events featuring the concertina for over 30 years.
