Ambrose Kodet

Ambrose S. Kodet (1934-2022) of North Mankato, Minnesota played the concertina since he was a young boy. His father played and taught Ambrose. He was a master engraver of the decorative plates used to embellish many brands of chemnitzer concertina, and he taught over 200 students. Ambrose wrote a computer program designed to help with the manufacturing of concertina soundboards for mounting reed blocks.
